The feasibility studies are the first analysis to be carried out once the implementation of a construction has been decided. The study will determine if the construction is feasible and will establish the technical and financial basis for the rest of the design and execution process of the works.

 

 

Ardanuy Ingeniería performs these analyses and prior studies to verify the suitability and viability of different actions. Viability is studies from a technical point of view as well as environmental and financial. In the first place, a technical analysis is performed which consists of compiling details of the actual situation and the proposal of different alternatives and possibilities. These alternatives are evaluated from the environmental point of view, for which a detailed characterisation of the affected land is developed and of the affects produced on it as a consequence of the construction works. Finally, the investment, maintenance and operation costs are obtained, and profits obtained for the infrastructure are calculated.
