The company was founded in December 1992. Over the course of these 18 years it has carried out more than 800 projects in Spain and all over the world with a sales volume in 2009 of 9.2m euros, 45% of that figure from international contracts.

It has been involved in all the major high speed railway projects in Spain and in various road and motorway projects.

5% of profits are reinvested into Research and Development and the development of specific software such as RailPower, RailTraffic, AutoElec, SIG, analysis RAM, etc.

With interest in obtaining more international experience, the company created branches in Lithuania (2003), Poland (2006), India (2007), Argelia (2010) and USA (2010).

Currently the company is made up of more than 100 people amongst whom 80% are engineers of a high level.
